    Your application
    A dedicated team will check your application and all the associated documents to make sure we’ve got everything that we need to proceed with your investment. We’ll contact you if there’s anything else required.

    Building our relationship
    Your Adviser will act as a point of contact for you, help answer any queries you may have and provide you with up to date information when you need it.

    Keeping you informed
    Once all account opening formalities have been completed and we have accepted your application, we will send you a welcome letter to confirm your funds have been invested.

    How to Complain
    If you would like to register a complaint, please follow the steps shown in our “How to Complain” leaflet, which can be provided on request or from any Lloyds Bank International office.

    If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you can refer your complaint to the Department of Consumer Affairs of the Government of Gibraltar. You may also be able to submit a claim through the European Online Resolution Platform if you live outside Gibraltar or if you prefer not to deal directly with the Office of Fair Trading of the Government of Gibraltar.

    It can also be used to apply for a number of products and services offered by Lloyds Bank International Limited, Lloyds Bank (Gibraltar) Limited and Lloyds Investment Fund Managers Limited and where this is the case, the online form will be treated as your Application Form.

    Please note: If you would like to apply for a product or service that has been recommended to you, but is offered by a provider outside of the Lloyds Banking Group, you must complete a separate paper Application Form after you have accepted the advice, online.
